Three years ago, I found Saint Germain Wikipedia and the Violet Flame Meditation YouTube.
I was seeking meditation to calm down a severe anxiety disorder from childhood.
I've used several videos and here are my results.
1. Many loud neighbors in my complex have moved out and those spaces are still empty.
My intention: peacefulness. The violet flames energies are working!
I'm waiting for new neighbors who are calm and at peace.
2. These meditations implant positive words and download inspiring thoughts in my mind.
3. Nightly, I listen to violet flame videos. I NOW know, I'm the creator of my world.
What I send into my energy field creates my world around me.
